PRIVACY POLICY OF THE DARTUR TRAVEL AGENCY IN LUBLIN
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, I inform you that:
1) The administrator of your personal data is Biuro Podróży DARTUR Bożydar Dunin Kozicki with its registered office at ul. Fabryczna 3/10 B in Lublin, NIP 7120312740, REGON 430329780.
2) You can contact the Data Protection Officer at DARTUR Travel Agency Bożydar Dunin Kozicki by e-mail at the following address dartur.lublin@gmail.com or tel. 81 504 93 56, as well as in writing to our head office address.
3) The personal data collected from you will be processed for the preparation, conclusion and execution of the contract for the provision of travel services, for the purposes of business, archiving and responding to letters and requests.
4) The personal data collected are: contact details and, in the case of a contract, the names, surnames and pesel numbers or dates of birth of the persons leaving.
5) The recipients of your personal data will be:
- our office staff,
- contractors and partners of the organiser involved in the execution of the agreement concluded by the
State Travel Contracts, including hotels, carriers, insurance companies, pilots, residents,
- entities or authorities authorised by law.
The extent of the personal data provided is limited to the minimum related to the scope of the services performed for BP DARTUR.
6) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation.
7) Your personal data will be stored for the period of preparation and execution of the tourist event according to the contract concluded and until the statute of limitations for claims under the contract concluded or until the expiry of the legal obligation to store data. In the case of signing a contract for participation in a tourist event or making any payment, this is 5 years from the end of the tax period. In the case of consent given- until it is withdrawn, or for the period for which it was given.
8) You are entitled to:
- access to their personal data,
- the right to request their correction or completion,
- The right to erasure or restriction of the processing of these data,
- The right to have your data transferred,
- to object to the further processing of your personal data. In the case of an objection lodged before or during the performance of the contract, the lodging will entail that all services under the contract cannot be provided and may be treated as a termination of the contract.
9) You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data carried out on the basis of the consent given before its withdrawal.
10) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the GIODO when you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
11) Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but it is also a condition for the conclusion of the contract. The personal data you provide is necessary for the performance of the contract or to take action at your request prior to the conclusion of the contract, and the contract cannot be concluded without it.
12) Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
